Before
House in Escondido CA
Before the Renovation The California property was in need of significant updates and repairs. The interior showed signs of wear and tear, with outdated fixtures, faded paint, and aged flooring. The kitchen and bathrooms featured dated cabinets and appliances that lacked functionality and a modern aesthetic. Several structural issues were also evident, including cracks in the walls, water damage in some areas, and poor insulation. The exterior also required attention, with peeling paint, an overgrown yard, and a worn roof. Overall, the home had great potential but needed a complete renovation to restore its beauty and improve its livability.

Before Demolition
House in Oceanside CA
The simple, time-worn house had a modest structure, with worn walls painted in faded tones. The roof, covered with old tiles, showed signs of wear and tear, while the small wooden porch showed cracks and peeling paint. The garden was poorly maintained, with weeds growing between the stones on the path that led to the front door. The small wooden windows were slightly warped, making ventilation difficult. The interior was cozy, but old, with traditional ceramic floors and simple furniture, carrying memories of years spent there.

After
the Transformation: A high-end, modern and sophisticated residence was built on the same plot of land. The new construction features an imposing façade with straight lines, noble coverings and large glass panels, allowing natural light to enter. The garden is now impeccably planned, with sophisticated landscaping, recessed lighting in the modern stone pathway leading to the main door. The main entrance has a wide and imposing door, and the interior has been completely transformed: marble floors, quality wood finishes, home automation and minimalist and elegant décor. The space now has large integrated spaces, a modern gourmet area and a children's space, providing luxury and comfort in every detail.
